A commissary kitchen is a commercial grade kitchen outside of a food truck that provides the food truck owner a commercial kitchen where food can be prepared for commercial consumption.
A commissary will generally offer Food Truck and Food Trailer parking as well. Food Trucks and Food Trailers will need to utilize a commissary for parking, waste disposal, as well a electrical to plug into to keep appliances on the Food Truck or Food Trailer the appropriate temperature.
