  • The shortest term to rent a food truck is one year. The longest rental term we offer is 3 years.

• Can I take my rental out of state?

  • Yes, you can take your rental to California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. If working out of state events, we highly recommend checking with the prospective state jurisdictions to verify what permits (if any) are required to work those events.

• What is the best way to receive permits and business licensing?

  • At IBARRA'S Rent A Food Truck, we offer a convenient filing assistance. We will assist you through all business permits and licensing filing to ensure your business is up to the latest code and government requirements. All filings are paid for by the renter.

• What are the benefits of renting a food truck?

  • There are many benefits to renting a food truck. A few are 1) Low cost of entry, 2) A full workman warranty an no out of pocket cost for the duration of your lease, and 3) An opportunity to try the business before investing a ton of capitol.
